Terms of Service
Effective Date: February 3, 2026
Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Sun Lakes Concrete Expert, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services or website.
Services Provided
Sun Lakes Concrete Expert provides professional concrete installation, repair, and maintenance services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include but are not limited to driveways, patios, foundations, sidewalks, decorative concrete, and other concrete-related work.
All services are subject to availability and scheduling. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to project scope, location, or safety concerns.
Estimates and Pricing
Estimates provided are based on the information available at the time of inspection. Final pricing may vary if site conditions differ from initial assessment or if additional work is requested. We will notify you of any significant price changes before proceeding with the work.
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Prices are subject to change based on material costs and project scope adjustments.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your project contract. Typically, a deposit is required to schedule work, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.
Late payments may be subject to additional fees. If payment is not received within 30 days of project completion, we reserve the right to pursue collection through legal means.
Project Timeline
We provide estimated timelines for all projects. However, actual completion dates may vary due to weather conditions, material availability, site conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Sun Lakes Concrete Expert is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, permit delays, or supply chain issues.
Warranty and Guarantees
We stand behind the quality of our work. Warranty terms vary by project type and will be specified in your contract. Our standard warranty covers defects in workmanship for a specified period from project completion.
Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, ground settling, extreme weather events, or modifications made by others. Regular maintenance and proper care are your responsibility.
Property Access and Safety
You agree to provide clear access to the work area and to remove any obstacles that may interfere with the project. You are responsible for securing pets and ensuring the safety of household members during construction.
Our team will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work.
Cancellation and Changes
If you need to cancel or reschedule your project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start date may result in forfeiture of your deposit.
Changes to the project scope after work has begun may result in additional charges and timeline adjustments. All change requests must be approved in writing.
Limitation of Liability
Sun Lakes Concrete Expert and its employees are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project in question.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled according to the laws of the State of Arizona.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
